Week 7 6-1 2

Winners of six in a row, they finished atop the league in fewest points allowed per game. And there is like 734937109 of them all on the same team. The Abbassi family are hungry for a title, and they could get there. Mustafa led the team in scoring at 15 per, with Lil O right behind him at 14.9. I expect Billal to be the big-time playoff performer that we are accustomed to seeing and that starts Week 1 against Granada. Recap: Lil O Abbassi may have taken the reigns from his brothers as the best basketball player. If not the best overall player, I consider him the best scorer out of the bunch. He is also the recipient of the Most Improved Player award for the Winter 2022 season. Enjoy this imaginary trophy and 5 seconds of internet clout.

Week 6 5-1 4

Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy game from the Abbassis. Lahore was without Moayad and had absolutely no business of being in that ball game. Big O was kind enough to share the spotlight in Week 6 with little O who led all scorers with 17. I know game was so bad the leading scorer had 17. I hope Mustafa shows up this week because they have a big dance with Kazan. GAME OF THE WEEK.

Week 5 4-1 2

Again, they are the most balanced team in the league and my pick to win the chip. Mustafa led the way with 20 and OG Omar Abbassi turned back the clock with 12 and 11. They rank 1st in points allowed, rebounds per game and assists per game. I do not see them losing a game for a remainder of the season.

Week 4 3-1 4

100% the most balanced team in the league. They defend, they shoot and they are unselfish. OOOOOOHHHHH Maybe more unselfish than Kazan, since they are family and family don’t really hate on family, never mind. Where was I? Oh Yes, basketball. Bukhara is good at that. If MB had a defensive player of the year award, it goes to Billal Abbassi.

Week 3 2-1 4

They put the clamps on Delhi early on, allowing a total of 7 points in the first twenty minutes. Billal “Biggz” Abbassi led all scorers with 20, Lil O and Big O had 14 and 13, respectively and Mustafa added 13 of his own. Oh and they were missing Islam, who has the nicest mid-range game in the league. They play an old Jakarta team up next.

Week 2 1-1 9

Moving forward Omar lil o Abbassi is now the Real Omar Abbassi. Sorry OG but the younger Abbassi has been ballin’ over the past few seasons when healthy and is a game changer. As mentioned earlier, Billal made his season debut this past week after reports of an imposter stealing his jersey and wanting to play in the greatest basketball league around. I only expect to see them climbing the standings the rest of the way.

Week 1 0-1 10

I did not expect this from the Abbassi family. Billal deciding to join forces with his brothers and cousins should make for a great 30:30 but did not result in the win.
