WEEK RECORD RANK COMMENTS
Week 4 3-1 6

Easily handled a struggling Tehran squad. Ammar Shahid finished with a great 33&9 game. 3-1 on the season, really impressive. Next week they take on a Riyadh team that they’ve played before in a nail biter. Should be a very tight game, it’s going to come down to who wants it more.

Week 3 2-1 9

Back to back wins now for this squad and they got to be feeling better about themselves. Ammar Shahid and Abdul-Rahman Husain led the way both barely missing double doubles. Next week they finish the regular season off with a Tehran squad that has had struggles of its own. They have a good chance of finishing the season with their third consecutive win if they’re offense shows up the way it did this week.

Week 2 1-1 10

Excellent and much needed victory this week. It’s hard to lose a game when everyone on the team is contributing and scoring as everyone on the team scored this week. They look to make it two wins in a row next week as they take on an 0-2 Cairo squad that hasn’t seemed to get it together yet.

Week 1 0-1 14

They managed to keep it close in the first half against Granada but couldn’t get their offense going. Next week’s matchup against Riyadh is a winnable game if this squad can get more offensive productivity, otherwise they’ll be staring at a 0-2 record.

Preseason 0-0 10

Another rough season for this team last season. Pretty quiet offseason but the addition of Ammar Shahid brings experience and grit to this team. Maybe this season can be the one that they finally break through the barrier. Another losing season is not what this team needs at this point. If they don’t get it right this time around they need to reconsider their roster if they ever hope to make their mark in this league.
