Sana'a vs Delhi
Both teams have no true scorer but good defense. These two teams are pretty similar in style of play. This game comes down to team chemistry which Sana'a has, and Delhi needs to find in their second game together.

Istanbul vs Lagos
Potential championship preview? Could be. Mustafa vs Anthony. Rajab vs Omar. This is going to be the game to watch! Don't miss out.

Jerusalem vs Tripoli
The free agents (Tripoli) have made a splash starting the season 2-0. They have gelled at the right moments to win both of their games. Tripoli wants to get that top spot and go 3-0, but Edriss and company have other plans for the free agents. Look for Edriss and Bilal to be shut out, and the rest of both teams to step up in a close battle.

Baghdad vs Islamabad
Baghdad gets their offensive threat back with Yamin, but the condition of Almar's ankle is still to be known. Islamabad has a lot of muscle, but needs to find some rhythm in offense. This game will depend on who actually shows up.

Istanbul vs Lagos
Don't see anyone stopping Anthony outside or Omar inside. I see Lagos winning by 5-10 pts.

Jerusalem vs Tripoli
Bilal looking for redemption after last week's quiet 5 points. Tripoli has great team rebounding and that underdog mentality, even though I see them as favorites for this game.

Baghdad vs Islamabad
Too many variables with this game. Neither team shows up with enough players, double forfeit!

Istanbul vs Lagos:
Lagos AKA Kazan 2.0 is all about offense, don't be fooled by the 40 points they held Islamabad to. Because A. Islamabad shot a measly 27.9% and B. they did it without a point guard (no offensive flow/control). Anthony will get his, but he needs Omar to step up his game, he also needs Adham to continue having 18+ point games. If someone can actually guard Adham and limit his cherry pick leaks, this will be one tough game to grind out. I am only picking Istanbul because they play very gritty defense and will leave it all out on the floor.

Jerusalem vs Tripoli: I am going to go with Tripoli on this one, I know Ed is not going to have another 20 point game, not if Ali Omari has anything to say about it, I hear hes going for 40 with or without Eds approval. Smile

Sana'a vs Delhi: This game could go either way, but I guess I will pick Sana'a since they have more chemistry.

Baghdad vs Islamabad: Islamabad is going to have to make sure they bring their PG Aquil to ensure some offensive control, otherwise it will be a long game for them. I don't see anyone checking Natsheh or Ahmed Abdalla, two very quick slashers.
Let your game do the talking.

In the words of Rudy Fernandez, "I want to put points on your face." so . . Taste my rainbow :)

The forecast calls for rain.

Lagos/Istanbul:

Actually I don't think Lagos is all about offense. The biggest challenge for Istanbul will not be containing Anthony (I think Mus can do a pretty good job at that), but grabbing rebounds. Rajab will probably put a body on Omar A. but who will stop Hassan Hamdan (the rebounding machine!) from grabbing boards. With that dual threat, I see Lagos getting many offensive rebounds that lead to second chance scoring opportunities. Istanbul will need battle for those boards if it wants to stay in the game.
