Week 7 4-3 4

Omar Hussein. MVP Loading? We shall see. This game wasn’t all him though as Ahmed Ismaeli led their scoring with 29 points with Omar right behind him at 26 points. Sitting 2nd in the league in total PPG at 59.2, Jenin continuously pours it on each game. It also helps when you have Aymen, who leads the league in rebounds and blocks. Aymen added 22 of his points with 15 rebounds. This is a trio that had a lot of criticism, but they have clearly proved many wrong.

Week 6 3-3 7

Omar Hussein (22pts) and Ahmed Ismaeil (19pts) carried Jenin this game, while Aymen led the game with 17 rebounds. I think they have a lot of quirks they have yet to figure out. Physically, Jenin is one of the best teams, they just haven’t figured their game yet.

Week 5 3-2 5

In an absolute blow out, there’s not many things to look up about. Omar Hussein led this team with 19 points and Aymen had 16 rebounds. But man, Safad buried them here. Jenin will need to fix whatever’s not working for them and prepare for their next game better.

Week 4 3-1 3

Jenin won against a very weak team behind double-double’s from Ahmed Ismaeil (18pts, 10reb), Aymen Abdelfatah (14pts, 14reb), and Usman Khan (16pts, 10reb). Once they clean up their shots from three, I can see them competing against the teams ahead of them.

Week 2 2-0 4

Winners of two in a row behind Omar Hussein (20pts) leading them, Jenin looks like they’re the team to beat. And they were missing Aymen this game too. Ahmed Ismaeil (8pts) might be one of the more talented ISO ball players in the league, ano the chemistry woes people thought would hurt them can be put to bed. They’ll face their first real test when they play Rafah this week.

Week 1 1-0 7

A dominant win against a brand new team. Omar Hussein led this team with 28pts on 8-12 shooting—a really effective day. Ahmed Ismaeil finished with 13pts, while Aymen put in 10 himself. This is a team that I think can contend, and this was a game they needed to work out the kinks before they face tougher teams.

Preseason 0-0 8

Ahmed Ismaeil is back with a new squad, teaming up with Aymen Abdelfatah, Omar Hussein, and Ali Baig. This is a good, but weird team, so I’m looking forward to seeing how they mesh and work.
