Week 9 7-2 4

The Avengers assembled once again last night and took care of their opposition. Mahdy led the way with a game high of 24 points and 12 rebounds. Ali Suiafan added 20 on 70% from the field and Shafic left the Salad defense in shambles. They have clinched a bye week and have caught their stride in recent weeks.

Week 8 6-2 4

The avengers are on a roll despite this win being a snooze fest. Next up are two extremely winnable games.

Week 7 5-2 4

The Avengers have been streaky but they are terrifying when everyone is on their A game. Mahdy with 18 and 10 but Ali Suiafan was the star of the show with 23 points on 8-8 from the field. Not to mention Shafic was HOOPIN! Only thing left to figure out is which one of these guys is Black Widow.

Week 6 4-2 4

Revenge is so sweet isn't it? Mahdy balled out against his former team with 25 and 13. Shafic had 14 of his own and Ali Suiafan with 12 and 5. Quiet day for Ahmad Chaabane but if you watched the game he caused havoc for the Al-Wehdat backcourt.

Week 5 3-2 6

The aforementioned Avengers ended the game struggling. Get it? Avengers, End Game? No? The movie? Never mind. Back to hoops. Another day at the office for Mahdy with 20 and 7 and Ahmad Chaabane continue his stellar play since switching teams. Quiet nights from Shafic and Ali but I don’t see that being a reoccurrence. They land at #6 this week but don’t be surprised to see them in the top 3 come seasons end.

Week 4 3-1 3

All this to beat the Yanes family??? Na, I just wanted to gas them up. But on a serious note, the Avengers have been assembled. Madhy, Ahmad, Shafic and Ali Suiafan and whoever else you want to throw out there is without a doubt the most skilled starting five. It took overtime to sneak outta this one with a win, but I believe with time, the chemistry will be established, and blow outs will be a plenty.

Week 3 2-1 4

It was a star-studded matchup, but one team had to come out on top. Shafic with his usual stat line and Jake did his thing as well. I would like to see them get more out of Ali Omari and Moe Rayyan, as the latter has shown the propensity to win a game with his shooting alone. Nothing to worry about, as this team has an abundance of talent.

Week 2 2-0 4

Nail bitter for Captain Shafic and the rest of the Bethlehem squad. The team did not shoot well overall, but they proved they can hang with a full squad on the other side. I'm surprised that this team had only one person take double digit attempts, which means this was a very slowed paced game. They look elite right now. Also, kudos to Shafic for holding Jake to three FGA, that has to be an MB record.

Week 1 1-0 4

I am sorry, I was not familiar with your game. 92 points is quite a feat to accomplish in a 40-minute game. A very under the radar acquisition over the weekend was Bethlehem acquiring Splash and he performed very well. Al five starters were in double figures, and it seems like there was more than enough basketballs for this team.

Preseason 0-0 12

Top heavy talent but I do not see the Big 3 of Shafic, Ali S and Jake working out whatsoever.
