I guess even a headbutt can’t stop the GOAT. The MVP race was over back in week 1 and now the race for the number 1 seed seems to be clinched as well. They are the prohibited favorites to win the title. Abdelhadi led the surge with 32 points, 12 rebounds, 2 steals along with 2 blocks and Kareem has been on a tear the past 3 weeks averaging 17ppg. Oh, and that Biggz fellow is back.

Week 5 5-0 1

There could only be one, and Sana'a delivered. I know people will criticize their win being that Zain and Idris had to sit this one out, but we can't forget Big Billy was missing in this one too. All credit to Sana'a, they've shown that so far, they're at the top of the pyramid, and to get to the top, it'll be one heck of a climb for everyone else. They've now proven to the league that they're complete on both sides of the floor. They have an offensive juggernaut offensively in our potential MVP, and they have 5 elite defensive players that can essentially match up with any set of players thrown at them. Oh, and wait, we also have Abdelhadi going for 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks, what can't the man do?

Week 4 4-0 1

No Big Billy, no problem. Sana’a with yet another blowout victory, despite missing their superstar guard. After being MIA the first three weeks of the season, Kareem made his debut (or what felt like it) and scored 21 points on 7-12 shooting from the field. All jokes aside, he needs to be more consistent and games like this remind us of how great of a player he is. Jehad is continuing his stellar player as he added 20 of his own. Oh, and that Abdelhadi guy, just a measly 8 points 10 rebounds 5 assists and 5 steals.

Week 3 3-0 1

Mr. Abdelhadi do you want your MVP trophy in silver or gold? All jokes aside, I am sure he can careless about the personal accolades if it doesn’t result in a chip at the end of the year. And by the looks of it, they are heading in the right direction. Moe had 20 points and 12 rebounds to go along with 5 assists 6 steals and 1 block……. It was also nice to see Billal play with some aggression and look for his while also locking up on the defensive side. Moe Masri hit 3 from the great beyond and they didn’t really need much from Kareem or Jehad. This team is riding in cruise cont

Week 2 2-0 1

After being down 2 at the end of the first half, the preseason favorites ran away with the W with a huge second half. Despite giving up 30 points to Shahzaib, Sana’a just looks like a well-oiled machine. Abdelhadi led Sana’a with 22 and 15, while getting stellar contributions from Kareem, Billal and Jehad. Anytime you can say Kareem Ahmad is your 3rd option on offense, is an embarrassment of riches. I expect Abdelhadi to face a lot more double teams moving forward, forcing Billal and Kareem to take more of an initiative on the offense. They get an 0-2 Dhaka squad in Week 3, so the

Week 1 1-0 1

“Are you not entertained?” After a week’s worth of anticipation and debating whether he is still the goat, I think we have our answer. 32 points on 12-19 shooting is absurd, not to mention the 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks. Kashgar threw a plethora of defenders at him, but it really didn’t matter. Every Batman does need his Robin, and, on this night, it was none other than, Jehad! Big men added 19 of his own on 7-12 shooting and hit 2 of 5 from three. It was a quiet day for Billal and Kareem, but I think they were just enjoying the Abdelhadi show.

Preseason 0-0 1

With the new draft format in place, Biggz came up “BIG” with his first pick. None other than arguably the best to do it in the league, Mohammed Abdelhadi. The man is a walking double double, with career averages of 20 ppg and 12 rebounds. Oh, but wait a minute, Billal was not done. He then scooped up shifty combo guard Kareem Ahmed. But wait there’s more! Billal said to himself, “I need someone to knock down some 3s”. Enter Mo Masri. This team is deep, their back court are pesky little bugs I mean defenders and they will talk that talk.
