Two wins a row? Their first half total nearly matched Kashgar’s game total. Ed and Towfeek looked the best they have all season combining to go 7-10 from three. Prior to that Towfeek was 0-13 from distance. Mana had his usual double-double serving and they got nice contributions from Koyas and Zeeshan. Who would have that they would’ve looked this good a few weeks back?

Week 5 1-4 7

Wooooowwwwwww. What an impressive performance :applause:. What a turn around, when it seemed all hope was lost, Dhaka went out and gave us this shocking beauty. It seems Mana and Towfeek are finally finding their chemistry, both finding easy buckets, and doing it at a high percentage. This was the expectation at the start of the season, we can potentially chalk that earlier disappointment up and label Dhaka "late-bloomers". What was particularly impressive though was that second-half defense, holding Damascus to just 9 points. Ameer Koyas' return definitely played a role in that effort. Sharief scored a pair of 3's, and it seems almost the entire team was clicking. Now bring Ed to the fold offensively, we can expect even better days for this team. I really do want to place this team higher up, but up until Tuesday they've experienced a tragic season, so I would like to see this type of perf

Week 4 0-4 8

Another week & yet another blow out loss. Dhaka is on the verge on an 0-7 season and that would most likely set them up with a playoff matchup with Sana’a or Islamabad. Omar Mana has been the lone bright spot for this squad recording his second double dip of the season. I know teams will focus on Towfeek and Ed, but they need to do a better job of creating shots & moving without the basketball. They look out of sync and shot a combined 3-17 from the field. Expect much more out of Towfeek as he has blossomed into a premier guard over the past few seasons, this season has everything but that.

Week 3 0-3 8

At one point in the second half the score was 45-35 and Dhaka seemed poised to make it a tight ball game. They then proceeded to score 4 minutes the remaining of the game and lose by 22, ouch. They were without the services of Ameer Koyas, but I am not sure if it would have made much of a difference. They need more out of their guards. Towfeek is playing out of position and performs much better when he doesn’t have to focus on facilitating. Omar Mana recording less than 10 rebounds is a stat that you don’t see often. Ed needs to be more aggressive as well as he and Towfeek are the primary ba

Week 2 0-2 7

Omar Mana did not waste any time getting reacquainted with the backboard as he grabbed 21 boards to go along with his 12 points. Ed led the team with 15 but has to get more out of Ameer Koyas. Only attempting 7.5 shots through two games isn’t going to help this team that’s already lacking scoring. Towfeek has to be more efficient and be the orchestrator of the offense. Expect him to get a heavy dose of Billal and Kareem next week.

Week 1 0-1 7

Yes, they got blown out of the water. But they didn’t have Mana. Now is he the difference in a 30-point game, I don’t know, but Ed had 16 points and that’s all that matters. All jokes aside, Islamabad handed it to them and didn’t bother washing their hands after. That’s a good old fashion butt whooping.

Preseason 0-0 2

Regardless of the format, this team name is always associated with winning. GM Mairaj decided to go with Omar Mana over Zain with his first-round selection and based on the outcome of his roster, you cannot be mad at him. Mana, Koyas, Towfeek and Ed??? I mean someone must rebound for Ed’s twenty shot attempts per game, and who better than the best rebounder in the league? Incredibly strong starting lineup and if they decide to start Muhannad Darwish at the 4, then no one is out-rebounding them.
