Power Ranking By Week | |||
WEEK | RECORD | RANK | COMMENTS |
---|---|---|---|
Week 9 | 0-9 | 17 | Maybe next season. |
Week 8 | 0-8 | 16 | Win and you’re in. Actually, they could still lose and get in, as long as they don’t get blown out and Suba loses a close one. |
Week 7 | 0-7 | 17 | Muhanad Deeb made his long-anticipated return and that still wasn’t enough to help them secure their first win of the year. And despite being 0-7, they have the best chance of the winless teams to make the playoffs due to their point differential. |
Week 6 | 0-6 | 17 | Imma start calling them Deli since teams start getting on a “roll” when they go up against them. |
Week 5 | 0-5 | 16 | Nice to see multiple guys get in on the scoring. Another team that could possibly sneak in a win within the next few weeks. |
Week 4 | 0-4 | 16 | They haven’t been blown out since week 1 which is a good sign. Problem is they have one ball dominant player that defenses single in on leaving them with not much else. |
Week 3 | 0-3 | 17 | at least y'all aint last. |
Week 2 | 0-2 | 18 | They put up a fight in the second half, but coming back from 23 is not easy task. No one aside from Ahmad Abdelghani came close to double digit shot attempts. Ahmad Sehwail with a nice double-double. This team has the pieces to keep games close, I just question their mental makeup and willingness to play team basketball. |
Week 1 | 0-1 | 18 | New season, same Delhi squad. Taking a quick glance at their schedule, I see some wins, some losses and some straight up beatdowns. I hope I’m wrong. Shots need to be more distributed among this group. Here’s a tip, teams know who is going to shoot on this team, so maybe working the ball around would help. |
