New Jersey (North): Jakarta (D2)
Power Ranking By Week | |||
WEEK | RECORD | RANK | COMMENTS |
---|---|---|---|
Week 9 | 4-5 | 14 | Took a while to get it going, but they look somewhat formidable. They’ll need 40+ from Frank and Steve to have any chance though. Ed’s gotta stop shooting and get the ball in the hands of players who can actually score ;) |
Week 6 | 2-4 | 14 | Nice win vs. Sarajevo! Steve and Frank are great players. Ed is injured, get well soon brother! Once he’s back Jakarta will be more dangerous. Let’s hope Ed qualifies for the playoffs. |
Week 5 | 1-4 | 19 | C’mon guys. |
Week 4 | 1-3 | 18 | This team is way too good to be in the bottom third of the league. Never thought a team with Himey on it could be bottom 3 in defense. They’ll need to fix it quickly because they have some powerhouse offenses looming. |
Week 3 | 1-2 | 17 | I don’t see this team winning more than 5 games without adding Adam Froogh. They need someone to play some defense. They gave up 61 in the return of their best defensive player and without their laziest defender (yes Ed, you don’t play any defense.) |
Week 2 | 1-1 | 12 | The combination of Frank, Ed, and Steve has been working offensively, but man I cannot imagine how disgusted Ibrahim Omar is with their defense. Didn’t see him last week against Cordoba, but he would have definitely had some words for his teammates following that second half effort. They should be a top team, but it almost seems too high putting them in the top half of the rankings. Maybe the return of Himey will trigger some much needed defensive effort. |
