Week 4 2-2 10

Not an easy matchup this week coming up just short in the end against a Dhaka squad that just seems to keep finding ways to win. Nick Marquez is heating up at the right time for this team and now the road to repeat as champs begins against their week 1 opponent Jakarta. Was an interesting game last time around, but if Jakarta had given them trouble then they have to be prepared for what Jakarta is getting ready to bring to the table next week.

Week 3 2-1 6

Great win over a young Amman squad, Nick Marquez hit some big shots down the stretch and Jon Mingo led the way with 16&10. This was a feel good win and was just what they needed to prepare them for a big matchup against another young Dhaka squad who have playing out of their minds as of late. They’ll need to slow down that offensive juggernaut or Dhaka will take over the game quickly.

Week 2 1-1 7

The defending champs get back on track squeezing by a narrow victory. They had a big lead and blew it which is a troubling sign for a team that’s trying to stay on pace with the elite of the league. Regardless a win is a win let’s see if they can use their size to beat up on a young Amman squad next week. Another ugly game could spell trouble for this squad heading into the playoffs.

Week 1 0-1 8

The defending champs start the season off with a loss after blowing a lead in the second half against Jakarta. Not a great shooting night from behind the arc for this squad but they should be able to get back on track next week against Cordoba. Jon Mingo lead the way for this team as he so frequently does but this team is going to need to get it clicking on defense if they want any chance of repeating as champs.

Preseason 0-0 1

The defending champs from last season and what a great run it was for them. They finished on a 9 game win streak after getting off to a slow 1-2 start least season. This team can get hot fast and look to become one of the few teams to win back to back chips. A relatively quiet offseason for them but with Jon Mingo leading this team the sky’s the limit.
