Mombasa looked like they were playing in cruise control on Saturday with a modest 15 point victory.  They have a likely Round 2 match-up against Delhi which posted an upset last season.

Their insanely long winning streak comes to a close.  Not having their entire roster certainly hurt them to start the game, but to Beirut's credit, the game was within striking distance near halftime, but Mombasa just couldn't keep up.

No Rich Kim, no problem this past Saturday.  However, Mombasa will need all hands on deck for Beirut next week which is determined for an upset.

Saturday was perhaps their best performance of the season, which is scary considering they were already undefeated.  A balanced attack and they continue to rack up assists (a total of 30 more than the next team).

Not only are they undefeated, they are able to close out games, which will be critical en route to a possible three-peat

Their guest pass Tim Custarti nailed a game winning floater after they blew a sizable lead to Istanbul.  Not a fan of needing guest passes, but can't knock them after another win.
