1. Bethlehem
After a strong showing last week, Ouday has led his team to another strong start with a 2-0 record. The defending champs look even stronger here in year 2 and are aiming for the back to back this season. The whole team has contributed this season and that is why they are atop the league right now.
2. Jerusalem
They have faced adversity early on during the season but they bounced back beautifully. Winning a narrow one last week they will look to continue to build on that momentum as they take on the top team in the league this week. Ahmet has looked strong so far for them.
3. Gaza
This team has looked good but only during pockets of the season so far. If they can find their team chemistry and move the ball then there's no stopping them. Bouncing back after a great W they look to continue this week.
4. Al-Bireh
Coming off a tough loss this team looks to bounce back led by captain Rameez who has been on fire to start the season. They dropped one to the top team last week but they got a great group led by players who hustle and have heart. This team has the potential to get the to championship and only time will tell.
5. Al-Khalil
This team has played with lots of heart and poise so far. Led by their point guard tandem of Raihan and Wasi who is turning back the clock to his 20s. This team has been playing well together and will look to bounce back after a tough loss last time out.
6. Yaffa
This team is a dark horse to make a run in the playoffs. The season might have not started the way they have wanted but they have experience on their side with a few veterans. They have a couple new faces and once they find their chemistry, look out for them.
