It has now comes to the Week 5 to determine the MVP for the 2022 Season MB Summer league.

A few things before we begin. Ali H is no longer in the running due to an Achilles injury and potential season ending injury. Other players who were in the fold are no longer in the mix include:

Yacob (Jake) Wallizadeh: He went 5 for 22 from the line in 2 games and shot 3 for 23 one game. Enough said.

Shahzaib Khan: A few things. Khan will be in the running for MVP or top 5 player in the future seasons. Two things are holding him back his field goal and free throw percentage. He'll be there but just not this season.

Omar Singer: I do not know what it is. Is there more hands to feed or is he not healthy. Singer has to the ability to put up the points and is a crafty player.


So it comes down to this.

Mo v Zain, Mono e Mono. Winner takes MVP week 5 at 10pm under the lights.

2. Zain Abdeen: Alpha 2.0

Honorable Mentions:

Aadil Yousuf: Yousuf average 16.3 ppg while shooting above 65% from the floor with 7 rbs per game. There's more to come from him. He is only 17 but he must take over his team for them to succeed.

Amir Hassan: Hassan has to figure out his role on the court and whether he wants to the true numero uno. He has the ability.

Hassan Chaabane: Chaabane is involved in every aspect of the game. His three point percentage is over 40% but only 36% from the floor.
