It should come as no surprise that the undefeated 4–0 Rafah sits atop the power rankings once again. Waqas delivered an efficient 20–11–3 performance, while Tyler dominated the glass with a monster double-double of 11 points and 23 rebounds. This team is built to match up one through five against any squad in the league and consistently plays a selfless brand of basketball. Strong rotations, excellent ball movement, and reliable contributions from role players continue to separate Rafah from the rest of the field. With this level

Shatila may not overwhelm teams with offense on paper, but what they bring defensively is an iron wall, regardless of who is on the floor. AW leads the way for this group, and even when the box score does not jump out, his interior presence and hustle are clearly felt. A strong performance this week could be the difference in locking up the number two spot and carrying valuable momentum into the remainder of the season, potentially earning a bye heading into the playoffs.

LAST WK: 2

It may be surprising to see Tubas ranked third after a loss to Shatila, but that defeat does not significantly hurt their standing. Tubas owns two defining wins and a close loss to Rafah, the current top seed, making them arguably the strongest 2–2 team in the league. Their remaining schedule appears favorable, with upcoming matchups against Jerusalem in Week 5 and Gaza in Week 7. Moving forward, the consistency of their offense will depend on whether Saad and David can continue to shoulder the scoring load or if the role players begin to con

Nazareth

LAST WK: 5

Nazareth continues to ebb and flow from week to week. This week, their offense resembled the form shown in Week 2, highlighted by fluid ball movement, strong defense, and high energy on both ends of the floor. They answered the lingering question of whether the offense could function without Jamal as the primary scorer. Captain Anwar led all scorers with an efficient 19-point, 10-rebound double-double, while Jamal and L also contributed effectively. This performance showcased Nazareth’s potential, even when some players are not at their best.

LAST WK: 4

Facing Rafah is a tough challenge for any team, and Jerusalem felt that pressure this week. Chandler struggled from the field, shooting 7-for-22, but still managed a composed 19-point, 10-rebound double-double. The offense appeared to flow primarily through him, but Rafah’s defense limited Jerusalem’s ability to score from deep, which is usually a key part of their identity. A combined 6-for-22 from three-point range and limited penetration made it difficult to regain momentum, leading to a late-game slowdown. Despite the loss, Jerusale

LAST WK: 6

Gaza remains in search of its first win, but the effort and determination are clearly there. The return of Maaz proved important, as he posted 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 blocks while attacking the rim and anchoring the defense. Against Nazareth, the three-point shot became a focal point for both teams, with Gaza forcing shots from deep early on. The tools are in place for this group, and the next step will be sustaining the intensity they showed in the second half for a full 40 minutes.
