Survived a scare, but still undefeated. Winning close games is a mark of maturity, and Gaza continues to prove they can handle the call, coming back from down 16 to win against a sleeper team is very impressive and this team’s balance keeps them at the top—for now. Mahdy for MVP thus far, he’s leading this team in pretty much every category while being the focal point for defenses on a weekly basis. Not an easy thing to do! |

That’s back-to-back wins against quality opponents, granted Nazareth was missing their star PG in Shafic, Nazareth put up a fight. Elias continues to lead with poise and pace, and this offense is humming. If they keep this pace, a climb to #1 could be on the horizon. If Ehsan can continue to play efficiently and Amir H gives them 2-4 3s per game, they’re going to be a really tough team to stop. |

Took care of business against a struggling squad. Still waiting to see them win against a full-strength elite team, but Nick and crew are passing every test so far, as you can only really play who’s in front of you. Areeha is looking solid and are getting contributions from everyone on the team, which is making them look tough to beat. |

Handled a team they were expected to beat. Even more impressive considering Omar didn’t have the greatest game, and they were down a key piece in Ahmad C. This team is deep as we see other players in the starting 5 contribute greatly, as Hassan F hit 5 3s, and Islam continues to do his thing on both ends. |

No longer a surprise—this team is real. Aadil and Adeeb keep delivering and are looking like one of the league's best 1-2 punches, and they’ve shown they can win close ones. If Moe Rayyan stays consistent, this team could break into the top 3 soon. Looking to see more efficiency on offense from their top two players, however, 3-0 is 3-0. |

Tough loss, but I can’t drop them much at all. They put up a strong fight against one of the hottest teams in the league. All without their number 1 option in Shaf Boyardee. The talent is there, and the offense is clicking. Just need a bit more on the defensive end to start closing out these games. Special shoutout to Marachli and Sameh, both hooping out of their minds on this team, if they continue to play like this Nazareth is going to be tough to stop. |

Finally in the win column. Defense stepped up and they played with much more control early on. I didn’t get to watch much of this game, however, Anas had a 30 ball, not much else needs to be said. This team is much better than the record indicates, being that both their losses are by a combined 2 pts, and if they can continue to start off games strong with offensive and defensive consistency, they’ll be tough to stop. |

Finally got that first win, and it came in a game where they really needed it, without starters in Hassan and Habi, they came in down a few guys, and shoutout to Lebanese prince aka Towfeek for coming in and doing all he could to help will the team to the W. Newcomer Hashem played with intensity and pace, and I’m looking to see the team build on this win with more offensive consistency and smarter team play. |

Disappointing result after last week’s rebound. Defense wasn’t as sharp, probably due to them being without their defensive anchor Omar S. This team is filled with smart basketball players who know their roles. That’s dangerous when you pair it with a star talent like Amir, him and deep did their thing this past game with 38 pts combined, I’m looking to see them potentially make a trade for another ball handler pre trade deadline, I think they could really benefit from another smart playmaker coming into the fold. |

Another tight loss against a top team. Musa keeps producing, which isn’t much of a surprise, but the lack of help and efficiency from pretty much anyone else killed them this week. Granted, this game could’ve been much different had running mate Moayad been there, but vacations outweigh the passion during the summer seasons. Could easily be 2-1 if they clean up a few things and capitalize on premier opportunities. |

That Week 1 promise is fading. Offense is flat, and without a second option next to Shah, this team is stalling, they need another true ball handler next to Shahzaib to help the offense flow, because they’re fading and fading fast, I feel like this team doesn’t really have an identity or an idea as to what they want to accomplish in order to win games, I see they have a lot of size and hustle players on the roster, looking to see them rebound next week and simply outwork the opponent to a W. |

Best game they’ve played, but still no wins. Mahrooz played great, but the lack of chemistry so far is what’s really hurting them in my opinion. They definitely have enough talent to win games against pretty much anyone in the league, as we saw them up 16 against the 1 seed. They kinda lost this game for themselves with all the turnovers. . A step in the right direction, but I’m looking to see them build on the positives of this game and get in the win column next week. |

They were down singer this week who’s arguably their second best player, and it showed without him tonight, the team needs more from its role players to compete, Muhanad has arguably been their best player thus far, and for them to begin to win games, they’re gonna have to learn to play with each other on both ends of the floor, and fast. |

Team still looks out of sync. Ali H needs to be more of a facilitator and has to get his teammates involved to find success, granted, they were down Ali’s running mate this week in Anas, it’s looking like wins for this team are going to come down to whether or not they can roster a full team any given week. |
