LAST WK: 1

No warmup and a 13 minute first half almost made you believe that Akka stood a chance. That was quickly put to rest in the second half as they go on to blow them out by 20. Nothing much more to see here folks.

2
Nazareth
--
LAST WK: 2

The final score is deceiving, as Nazareth had commanding control for most of this game. They were up by so much that Shafic had a curry-esque lookaway 3 that basically echoed the words "they can't hang with us". Elias again showing his defensive prowess by bothering Alassane all game. Next week's matchup against Ajjur's older brother Yazur will be an exciting one.

Areeha

LAST WK: 3

They've taken down Nazareth, Tiberias, and even Yazur (iykyk). Lil O with 20, 7, and 7 on 7-11 shooting is a strong, very Areeha-like (unselfish) statline. They take winning with the power of friendship very far.

Tiberias

LAST WK: 4

They were down and out for almost the whole game. Would like to see Mahrooz be more aggressive, this team needs more than 12 shot attempts from him especially when they're trying to claw back against a disciplined Areeha team.

And they climb back on the rankings. I know they let out a sigh of relief when the game was over, after almost giving up a huge lead to Big Moose himself. Nonetheless, they beat a tough Baysan squad. Ammar with a bounce back game putting up 15 on 7-12 shooting.

6
Tulkarem

LAST WK: 9

Finally, Tulkarem is on the receiving end of team's gifting away tight games. Subhan with 2 clutch free throws to ice it. Messiah with 27 and 10 trying the edge out Mana for best big man in the league. Seriously tho, if Tulkarem wins their last 2 Messiah may very well take home MVP.

Close game, Ahmed El-Sayed with a clutch 3 to tie it, why are you intentionally fouling to put them at the line????? Honestly I don't know what else to say. On the bright side Ryan had 18 points on a cool 8-13 shooting.

LAST WK: 6

Baysan finally realized that we should let Big Moose take over, but it was too late in the game at point. Please Baysan, ya'll need to realize that Big Moose is one of the best players in the league and can lead you to victory.

Maybe Alassane needs some more trash talk to fuel that fire. Shooting 32% as a team won't lead to Ws against a team like Nazareth. Let's see how they mesh when Husan comes back.

Akka

LAST WK: 10

Like I said before, this team almost had us fooled in the first half. We should've known better, that Akka will always be Akka. The Sharaf brothers combined for a whopping 5-23 shooting, which is exactly half the amount of shot attempts as the whole team. Looks like this team just can not figure it out.

Haifa

LAST WK: 12

When Haifa wins, we all win (except Bir Seb'a and apparently Nazareth?). Elton and Usama clutched it up and Haifa is finally not #12 on the power rankings anymore.

Bir Seb'a

LAST WK: 11

Tough loss and down they go to #12. Zayed hit some clutch 3s but they were not enough to edge out the win. Salman with a monster 16 and 15 game on 5-8 shooting. Maybe it's time they play through their big man?
