Down heading into the half, the troops came out firing in the 2nd half and captured what feels like their 100th win a row. Despite Jihad's struggles from the field, he still managed to make an impact as he always does with 8 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals. Anas & Khalied had 22 and 23, respectively and not to mention they had 30 assists as a team! One more week and they get to enjoy a bye until they see which team has the unfortunate fate of playing them in the playoffs. |

After suffering their first loss of the season last week, Yaffa was straight business last night. Everyone not named Farhad was essentially contained and they limited their second chance rebounding and fast break opportunities. Led by one superstar and a cast of solid contributors who all know their roles, sounds familiar, don't it? |

This might be the quests 8-1 team in MB history. They have arguably the best scorer in the league (top 3 at worst). Solid contributors who all know their roles and limitations and not to mention a GM who selflessly gives up playing time in order to shed light on others. But enough flowers, everyone not named Shahzaib last night struggled and they got lucky they team they played is mediocre at best.

The Avengers assembled once again last night and took care of their opposition. Mahdy led the way with a game high of 24 points and 12 rebounds. Ali Suiafan added 20 on 70% from the field and Shafic left the Salad defense in shambles. They have clinched a bye week and have caught their stride in recent weeks. |

Triple double?!?!? Mahrooz has turned up over the past several weeks and its been perfect timing. The big 3 of Zain, Rooz and Omar were HOOPIN’ last night as they got a much needed win. This team is my dark horse favorite to make a run at the chip, but only if Mahrooz continues this current level of play. |

No Joey Shiesty and no Singer. That is back-to-back weeks they have allowed more than 80 points. Amir Charrkas and Elhindi certainly played their part but missing their two anchors certainly showed in this one. Hoping they are at full strength come playoff time because when this team is right, they have top 3 potential. |

A week after totaling 100 total points, they only managed to score 42 against Qalqilya. This team is without a doubt the most confusing team in the league to gauge because they have the talent to compete. Nice showing from Towfeek and Amir Hassan but the rest of the cast needs to be better or they could be sent packing very soon. |

Third straight game missing key pieces but at least they had Moe Rayyan who was lights out from 3. Scoring wasn’t the issue last night, it was simply the defensive lapses and miscommunication that ultimately led to a lot of transition points for Al-Quds. Hope Yamin can get his teammates back in time for the playoffs because they had something building. |

Bright side, they put up 62 points. On the other hand they gave up 75 points, including 47 points in the first half. Aside from their defensive lapses, the poor shot selection continues to haunt this team. Despite their two game winning streak ending last night, they should be able to matchup against Nablus and perhaps position themselves for a favorable first round matchup. |

ALI HASSAN WITH THE 40 PIECE CHICKEN TENDER WITH EXTRA SAUCE! The entire Nablus team was eating last night, but it was Ali who had the biggest BITE. 13-21 from the field, 10-14 from deep is absurd. Omar Mana playing his role as Burj Mana and Hamza Saleh with a career night. Can they continue this going into next week. |

While Farhad was playing basketball the rest of the Qibya squad was handing out tour dates. 6/15, 1/15, 2/7, 4/11. Buy now while supplies last. |

They were scorching hot in the first half and could not miss. Not sure what transpired in the second half but they had no answer for Anas or Khalied Saleh. Hassan with 15 points on a night he only took 11 shots and Hassan Farhat led the way with 27 points. Their next game is extremely winnable and one they need in order to avoid the last seed. |
