Taka for three - BANGGGGG! That's all we heard in the closing seconds of a thrilling overtime game, as Yazur proved once again that they are THE team to beat. They are on a tear and showing no signs of slowing down, so let's see if they can go undefeated in the regular season against a revenge driven Khan Yunis team next week. |

The father-son duo lead this team once again and almost snuck out with a win. The young-old man Sami Shaban showing us flashes of his prime, pouring in 15 points, 8 boards, and 6 assists with a CRUCIAL 2 free throws to force overtime. Abdullah Mahmoud did all that talking in the chat but decided not to show up. Chop chop young buck, this was no time to be scared and hide. |

No Husan = more shots for everyone else on KY. Omar Usmani finally showed us why he's a real scoring threat, something we heard all season but didn't really see till this week. Husan talked a lot of game on the pod this week, let's see if he can back it up next game against Yazur and get themselves into top 2 (or 1??) in the power rankings going into the playoffs. |

Heem the Dream lead the way with 19 points on 50% shooting and 5-7 from three. Board man Aaron finally gets paid with his own 14 and 10. Can they beat Rafah next week and topple them in the power rankings? Stay tuned for another episode of Muslim Basketball to find out! |

Aymen the vet finally turned back the clock this week and scored 29 points on a cool 50% shooting. His running mate Salim was missing which definitely hurt them this game, but Aymen wasn't going down without a fight. Too bad it didn't result in a win. Zayedian Lillard needs to turn up the heat because it's been winter wonderland wherever he's residing (or shooting). |

Sheikh Karim said no brother, no problem. He scored 22 points and made 3 of the most clutch free-throws we've seen so far to put Ajjur up 1 at the end of the game after 2 costly turnovers. Safe to say the Sheikh has ice in his veins. |

Akka really can't catch a break as they suffer yet another heart breaking loss. Omar Khan lead the way with 25 points and 7 boards. With Usman and Hekmatullah back next week, they are looking to go into the playoffs with a win against Al-Balah and hopefully not let one guy take 30 shots(!!). |

This squad definitely put up way more of a fight than anyone expected. Keeping it close all game, they just couldn't close it out. Hopefully their personnel show up the same way next week, because only one team will be 1-7 going into the playoffs, and they want to make sure it isn't them. |
