Cordoba begins the season #1 as the reigning champs look to defend their title against much tougher competition. They're tested immediately as they go against familiar faces from Cairo.

Expecting a strong season from this team. The core has played multiple seasons (and won it all) in MB of NJ. Two proven coaches (Jon and John) will make this team difficult to beat, not to mention the sheer talent.

Based off rumors alone, this team will be the 3rd of 3 Stroudsburg teams to be reckoned with. Captain Faisal aka Patty makes his long awaited return to MB after nearly 10 years.

A team full of returning players, Medina has much of the top talent from season 1 (outside of Cordoba). This team is loaded with offensive weapons but sharing the ball will be imperative to go anywhere meaningful this season.

Combined with breaking off Tripoli from season 1, Timbuktu has also made a few major off-season acquisitions. Stay tuned..

Captain Farhad has retooled the roster and added  a bonafide playmaker (KJ) and shooter (Sandy). Surely an improved team from last season, but they'll have to prove their worth in the power rankings against some hefty competition.

The crew from Maqaasid is looking to make noise this season, but will they have enough firepower to keep up with the powerhouses? A tough match-up awaits week 1 versus Mecca.

Let's hope this free agent team isn't about giving up free wins. The addition of Ibrahim Jalloh and scrappy vets should help this team be competitive.
