Greatness. Will always be capable of great things with their core squad. That is all. |

Much better offensive performance this time around. They played with extreme grit and hustle and blew this game wide open early. Taking advantage of fast break points and not settling for easy jumpers, this team looked much more confident this time around. Next week they face their toughest challenge of the season against the defending champs. They’re going to need to put it out there to stay undefeated. |

Another win into the books. Ali led the way with 22&7 in an impressive offensive performance for the team. Were down at halftime but the offense dominated in the second half and led them to victory. Next week they take on their first challenge of the season against another undefeated Granada team. Both teams have been clicking on offense, this one should be fun to watch. |

Great win last week holding back a fierce Alexandria comeback in the second half. The offense was there but the defense needs to step it up so they don’t have anymore scares like this week. Next week they take on a rolling Dhaka squad, like I said this one should be good. |

Won a tight one in a very heavy offensive game. Cory Weem led the way with an impressive statline 27-4-3-7. Both teams had their offense clicking and it was going to come down to who can make the big plays at the end. Next week they take on an 0-2 Sarajevo squad that has gotten blown out in both of their games so far. I’m smelling a 3-0 start. |

Not the type of effort I expected to see out of this team versus the defending champs. They looked defeated throughout the course of the game and only managed to put up 38 points on offense, a number Anas is capable of putting up on his own. The schedule doesn’t get any easier with another tough game against Beirut coming up. They need to win this one for their confidence or they’ll have lost back to back games and the panic can begin. |

Great bounce back game, just what this team needed. This one felt more like a scrimmage game for Beirut with everyone on the offense getting involved and dominating the boards. Next week they take on a Mecca squad that’s coming off a rough loss. Can they hand Mecca back to back losses? This one should be interesting. |

Despite Anwar’s monster game the team fell just short. Both teams seems evenly matched and it was going to come down to who made the plays at the very end. Make no mistake Lahore is still a very dominant team and can take on just about anyone in the league. Next week they can bounce back against a struggling Riyadh team. If they turn the jets on early this one will be over before it starts. |

Another win over another struggling team. They do play a great team game but they haven’t had any really challenging games on their schedule thus far so it’s too early to say what this team’s limit is. Next week they take on a Sana’a squad that is hungry to finally get into the winning column. This game should be more of a test for them. |

Lost a tough one this week but again by less than 3 points. They’re making the right plays but just need one last push to get them over this hump. It’s tough losing close games but once they get that first one in the books, they can clear their mind of those close losses. They can win this week against Istanbul but this one seems like it’s also going to be a close game. They need to execute in the end and make sure they keep any late leads they have. |

Played a much better game this time around. With 14 from Frank and Jeffrey they were able to edge out Sana’a. Wasn’t the prettiest of wins but it seemed like the defensive effort was definitely there. Next week they can make it two in a row against a struggling Alexandria team; they’re going to have to stop that outside shot though if they want to secure this win. |

Another rough outing for this team. Took them too long to put together a decent run to get back into the game and when they finally did time ran out. Much more equal scoring this time around and they did get their shots to start falling in the second half. This team has the talent, they just haven’t been able to execute for a full game which has hurt them. Next week they play a Palermo squad that’s coming off their first win of the season. If they can get their shot going early this could be the game that turns their season around. |

I thought this team would be able to at least contest Amman for the win this week but it seemed like the team was playing with no heart. It’s tough when you have a core of young guys to get a team going if no one is at least trying to boost the team morale. Next week they take on the offensive juggernaut known as Lahore and if their defense plays the way it did this week they’ll be 0-3 before they know it. |

Had an impressive first half against Dhaka but then fell apart in the second and got blown out. Next week the competition doesn’t get any easier against a 2-0 Cordoba squad. From the numbers I’ve seen so far the odds are against them, but if they can play like they played in the first half against Dhaka they might have a chance. |

Nothing positive to say here either. Give them some credit though for trying to keep this one close. Their offense was just not there though and they couldn’t get their shots to fall. Every time they made a run it seemed like Istanbul was able to quickly counter. Next week they take on Kashgar, one of these teams will win and if I had to make make a prediction I would say Suba has what it takes to get the win. |

Nothing positive to say. Next week they take on Suba where they might have a chance to win but it will take a hungry mentality to get the job done rather than the lackluster performances we’ve been accustomed to seeing. |
