2 great games that came down to the final possession!

Mombasa/Kabul - this game started off very slow. no one was scoring. late into the first half was when it started to get exciting. mombasa took an early lead but kabul kept making little comebacks. pete brown hit a buzzer 3 right before the half. the second half mombasa started off hot, taking a 10 point lead or more. late in the game the abdelhadi bros lead a fierce comeback to tie the game with seconds left on the clock. with a few seconds left, raza drove in from the top of the 3, that caused the defender covering mo masri to leave him, raza passes it to mo, mo nails the deep 3 at the buzzer!

Suba/Timbuktu - this game almost didnt happen. thanks to all the captains cooperating, we had ourselves another great game. muj/hafiz/khalied/shafic were all putting in that work for timbuktu, but for every possession they scored, suba answered. the key to this game was subas offensive rebounding. man were they getting every 2nd opportunity chance. felt like timbuktu just wanted to play offense. down 1 with a few seconds left, muj drives the lane, suba collapses on muj, muj dishes it out to his man outside the 3pt line, he fumbles the ball and it goes out of bounds. suba survives and remains undefeated!
