Up by only four at halftime, Lagos woke up in the second half and took control of the game.

Lagos over Dhaka
Dhaka took advantage of Lagos' sloppy game play and poor defense the first half of the game. Second half was a different story. Lagos came out with their hot shooting with Ali and Fernando hitting four 3's each.

Damascus over Kazan
Kazan was in this game until the last few minutes. Happened to be the same time Anthony ran out of gas. Hats off to Anthony for his hustle helping keep Kazan in the game. Layth vs Osama was a fun matchup to watch. Both played hard. Chris/Jehad will be a nice matchup vs Andre/Victor next round!

Jerusalem over Baghdad
When I first saw the score early in the first half, Jerusalem was up by 10. Every time I came back to check the score, Jerusalem was still up by 10 or more, sometimes even 20. Baghdad chipped away at their lead but couldn't get that momentum that they needed.

After a hot 4-1 start, Kazan wasn't able to recover after Anthony's injury, going 2-5 the rest of the way. But to their credit, they all hustled and played hard to the end.

I think Jerusalem really surprised Baghdad. They have been used to getting up on team's early in games, then using their defense to close them out. But Jerusalem jumped out on them from the tip, opening up a 10-1 lead to start the game. With their whole squad intact, they are a different team, now winning 5 straight after starting the season 1-6.
