After the ALL STAR break, all teams should be rested and ready to begin the final stretch of SummerBall 2009.
Spurs over Nuggets: Even with all-star Ahmed out for the Spurs, Olan, Ahmer, n crew can still hold it down to beat the nuggets by a good amount. Nuggets are still searching for that offensive click.
Suns over Lakers: Suns will continue their winning streak here (but not when they play the Sixers and Blazers in the upcoming weeks). Keaton and Adham will continue to score their big numbers, and Shazan will get a good amount of the total rebounds. Lakers losing streak looks to continue to the end of the season facing more tough opponents.
Nets over Celtics: Word on the street is Faisal aka Patty may play a few minutes this game to get back into the swing of things. Wont do much but im still taking the nets to defeat the Asad/Laraib offense. If Turan can handle TQ, this game will be very interesting.
Sixers over Knicks: Sami may be a no show helpin out a great cause. The sixers guards will still be too hard for the knicks to handle. Moose and his winning skills + Amre's winning 3pt momentum = WIN.
Cavaliers over Hornets: Cavs looking for a win after back to back loses. HORNETS: WHAT IS GOING ON !?!?!?
Blazers over Raptors: Khiry going up against a player just as big and just as physical in Farhad Babury will prove Khiry's dominance in this league. The blazers guards are due for big numbers. Edriss coming off a hot all star game, tariq droppin 17/25 in the 3pt contest, and mujtabas presence will be a lil too much for the raptors guards to handle.

WEEK 5: 3-3
WEEK 4: 6-0
WEEK 3: 3-3
WEEK 2: 4-2
TOTAL:: 20-10

Spurs over Nuggets To much fire power even with out Ahmed
Suns over Lakers Whos gonna guard Keaton?
Celtics over Nets should be the game of the week if everyone shows for the Celtics this could be a very very good game. Nets defense has been shutdown tho through out the season.
Sixers over Knicks even without Sami the Sixers teams has to many weapons from 1 to 5.
Cavs over Hornets I think the Hornets will def get a victory before the season is over but just not against the Cavs.
Blazers over Raptors Should be a very competitive game but wont be surprised by a Raptors victory.

Blazers are the worst defensive team I've ever seen. I'm shocked how they're 5-1 in a league where defense wins games. Raptors should take this one in a rout.

spurs over nuggets- nuggets dont have enough O to keep up with the spurs
suns over lakers- uh oh, suns are out of guest passes, what will they do? ill take them over the rookie laker team in a close one.
sixers over knicks- knicks have good talent. they play every team close but they have yet to beat a one of the powerhouse teams.
nets over celtics - asad laraib and turan are all star players. if they all show up,there arent many teams that can matchup with those scorers. unfortunatley for the celtics nets are one of those teams that can matchup with them.
cavs over hornets- cavs should get back on track after 2 straight losses. hornets need to start using guest passes or something.
blazers over raptors- too much fire power for the raptors to handle but khiry will get his.

it doesnt matter if we play defense or not .. we still win .. we rest on defense and explode on offense .. we beat the BETTER defensive teams because they cant score as much as we can .. this whole great defense nonsense is a pride factor .. no one cares about defense lol .. i dont even know what defense is .. i let the person im guarding shoot/score so i can get the ball back in my hands faster haha .. i can/will shoot the ball a lot thou

Apparintly the blazers dont believe in defense because, they think there the best team and there ofense is great. There offinse is good dont get me wrong, but defense is more important they should know that especially after the cavs stole the ball from one of the top players on that team in the last quarter on that team and scored. The cavs one that game by DEFENCE. And the raptors are looking to do the same agianst them especially khiry, Alty and Ahsan and dont forget there role players, and the great coaching of Saif.

Our defense is just as good as your grammar. Why you ask? Mostly because we (I) don't try, but come Thursday night (iA) I'll put on a show for everyone (like Raj has, so bring your popcorn). Yes, including DEFENSE. Why you ask again? Because I'm the best player in this league and the best forum member ever!
