MB predictions Week 8-
Disclaimer: This is one person’s opinion, done by a volunteer who has no partnership with the Muslim Basketball Organization.
Sorry for the hiatus, wait why am I apologizing……
Beirut vs. Kazan- not sure how I feel about this being GOTW, but nonetheless, PAT and MINGO should make for some exciting basketball. Kazan has far more depth.
Granada vs. Lahore- I love Granada’s roster. Najib is a MVP candidate, and should leave the house hungry because HE IS GOING TO FEAST.
Bukhara vs. Medina- This game will be low scoring due to his team’s defense prowess. Bukhara has more scorers, and that typically wins you games.
Lagos vs. Jakarta- BRUH, Jakarta has Ed! He’s like the OG.
Tehran vs. Delhi- The Zubi brother’s going at it! At least one of their team’s is in the win column. Malik is probably going to beg his younger brother to team up again after what should be a debacle.
Palermo vs. Mombasa- RAZA scores 26, Sadat has 15 assists. Pete Brown leaves midgame to tryout for the Steelers opening at WR.
Amman vs. Damascus- Damascus looked impressive on paper prior to the start of the season. But I guess this is why we play the games. Amman goes home with W.
Tripoli vs. Baghdad- Defending champs start their run now.
Sana’a vs. Suba- not sure flip a coin and tell me afterwards.
Dhaka vs. Timbuktu- This should be the GOTW. Two teams with championship aspirations. Both teams play team ball and play at a high pace. If Basit shows up Timbuktu wins.
Kashgar vs. Mecca- Ali Hassan scores 30.
Islamabad vs. Sarajevo- Abbassi family started the season off slow, but have come alive as of late. I still don’t see Sarajevo’s win streak coming to an end.
Riyadh vs. Cairo- AMP = All my points
Kabul vs. Fez- Abdelhadi = GOAT

Beirut / Kazan - definite game of the week. kazan gonna win thou.
Granada / Lahore - interesting matchups. should be close.
Bukhara / Medina - dinosaurs never lose.
Lagos / Jakarta - you already know. jakarta taking offffffff.
Tehran / Delhi - if tehran shows with 5, they will lose.
Palermo / Mombasa - pete brown.
Amman / Damascus - damascus will definitely give amman a run. for a half.
Tripoli / Baghdad - muj shouldnt play and make it a game.
Sana'a / Suba - another little rivalry. sana'a got them shooters.
Dhaka / Timbuktu - oOo dhaka gets a good challenger
Kashgar / Mecca - mecca sets record for # of 3 point attempts
Islamabad / Sarajevo - aymen and co. @ 7-0. lucky 7 ends here.
Riyadh / Cairo - amp set his minimum at 50 pts
Kabul / Fez - Kabul, Afghanistan
