Congrats to Mombasa! http://muslimbasketball.org/boxscore.asp?id=1692Finals MVP - TBD Thought this game was going to be a blow out? THINK AGAIN. Both teams started off struggling. Missing shots, missing layups, turnover after turnover. Mombasa finally calmed down and had a strong last 5 minutes of the first half, taking an 8 pt lead into the half. Second half was a strong half from both teams. Mombasa took a 20 pt lead but Amman brought it back to 6-8 pts with a few minutes to play. Some time management near the end of the game cost Amman a possible comeback. Amman had a great game considering they played with only 5. They had flashes of good, but then showed their inexperience. Weiss had a solid game in the post (showing some veteran moves), even making the refs wonder where was that all season. Raza also had a great game flying coast to coast, finishing tough layups.
